Terri 's wire wrapping classes have become a fast favorite at Island Bead. Not only is Terri a popular instructor,she is also recognized at area shows for her custom designs and high quality craftmanship.Her pieces speak for themselves.The following photo is just one of her many pieces. Cyntha is an accomplished beader. She has mastered just about every bead stitch out there...and there are quite a few.
Cynthia classes have produced happy students and wonderful pieces of jewelry. She has a sincere love of beading and enjoys helping others meet their goals.
Cyntha is usually available on bead and blab night to give a hand with projects or start something new.

Pam is a newcomer to Island Bead just appearing on the scene in the last year and she is, for lack of a better word awesome! She has truly awed us with her designs and ability to do all types of beading and wire wrapping.
Her versatility is an asset to her students and the shop. Don't be surprised if you hear someone say "let's ask Pam" because that is exactly what we do when we are stumped by some new project. Enjoy the following slideshow , but please stop in the shop and see her work for yourselves !

Nancy has brought art clay classes back to Island Bead.
We are so pleased to offer this class once again. You will enjoy
the variety of custom pieces you can create. Nancy is a certified art clay instructor with a vast knowledge of her craft. You will go home with a design in 99% pure silver and an understanding of art clay.

Forrest has unlimited knowledge of wire art and chain maille.He has been a welcome instructor at the shop since we opened. Forrest has taken numerous classes at Willam Holland, excelling in his classes and returning to teach us.His extra special pieces are seen on the wrist of his wife Barbara. Just comment on a piece and she will say "Forrest made that". He is a natural at his craft.

June has assumed the role of beginning bead and pearl knotting instructor for the last two years. Her goal is that every student leave the workshop with top knotch skills in stringing and wrapping a pair of earrings. Classes are limited to five students.You are given hands on instruction until you have it mastered. Students leave this class accomplished.
Make sure you pick up some practice headpins....because you are expected to practice when you get home !! Sign of a true teacher .... homework. :)

Trixi and Ginnie the dynamic duo ..their classes are non stop fun..Both are avid beaders and are sharing their beading knowledge and designs with us. Their first class was so popular we had two rooms full of students.
We know you will find something they are teaching to suit your fancy and you will also have a great piece jewlery.

Ellen's chain maille classes are filled with many neat bracelet ideas. Ellen is a well liked instructor with teaching experience not only at Island Bead, but also her gem club.
What she can teach you with a simple jump ring is amazing. Just wait until you see what adding beads will do for a design.

Gary has accomplished many challenging beading projects. He recently agreed to join the team and we could not be happier. Gary holds a degree in Art Design from Kent State Universtiy.
Most of the pieces you see him wearing are his own unique designs ! You will enjoy making and wearing the bracelet he is teaching. The color combinations we will leave up to your imagination.

Jo' s talent reaches above and beyond. I have heard her say on more than one occasion "I like the unusual beading , something different...." I think you will see that Jo can and does accomplish a stellar something different.
Everyone that sees her creations are taken back and then signing up for her classes....
